ah zhu..i am not geek enough...turned out that nothing substantial got stored in temporary internet folders. i managed to browse the firefox cache but it just stores pictures.. :( and i was hoping you republished index only instead of whole blog, cuz then the old posts and archive pages would very likely still appear in old template form..sighs, no luck, so lesson 1, Back Up! and 2, republish index only..aih aih aih..
